These Website Terms govern your use of torovio.com and any related pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Torovio and its services. Prices, plan limits, features, and availability shown on the Site are provisional, may change without notice, and are not offers. Only a signed Agreement creates obligations for Torovio. Concept previews and sample designs are illustrative and are not client projects.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, accessibility, or compliance advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
3. Intellectual property
The Torovio name, logo, torogoz-inspired V mark, slogan, Site design, text, graphics, and code are owned by Torovio Technologies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
4. Prohibited use
You may not: use the Site unlawfully; submit false, fraudulent, or spam inquiries; scrape, crawl, or harvest data except through standard search engine indexing; attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, or test vulnerabilities; introduce malware; interfere with the Site's operation; or impersonate any person or business.

These Website Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes are subject to the informal resolution, individual arbitration, and class action waiver provisions in our Terms and Conditions, with venue in Harris County, Texas.
